How to use

With the help of a sieve shaker, dissolve a measuring cup (equal to 38 g of powder) in 500 ml of water. Consume the solution thus obtained before and during physical effort, in small fractionated quantities every 15-20 minutes. After preparation, the solution should be consumed on the day of use.

Conservation methods

Keep tightly closed in a cool and dry place, away from light and / or heat sources. The minimum conservation term refers to the product correctly stored, in unopened packaging.
